Compass Point analyst Giuliano Bologna raised the firm’s price target on FTAI Aviation to $96 from $88 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares after the company announced a deal to terminate the company’s external management and advisory agreement with Fortress Investment Group. The firm estimates that FTAI is paying Fortress about $307M of value to terminate the external management agreement and internalize the management of the company and believes the buyout is valuation accretive, the analyst tells investors.
