FTAI Aviation is announcing that Fortress Transportation and Infrastructure Investors has commenced an offer to purchase for cash up to $100,000,000 aggregate principal amount of its outstanding 9.750% Senior Notes due 2027 on the terms and conditions described in FTAI LLC’s Offer to Purchase, dated June 3, 2024. Capitalized terms used but not defined in this announcement have the meanings given to them in the Offer to Purchase. The Tender Offer will expire at 5:00 p.m., New York City time, on July 2, 2024 unless extended or earlier terminated by FTAI LLC. FTAI LLC reserves the right to amend, extend or terminate the Tender Offer at any time subject to applicable law.
