FrontView REIT, a landlord focused on “e-commerce resistant” tenants, is in talks over an initial public offering as soon as later in 2024, Bloomberg’s Gillian Tan, Kiel Porter, and Ryan Gould reports, citing people with knowledge of the matter. The company is working with underwriters such as JPMorgan (JPM) and Bank of America (BAC) on a potential listing, the authors say, noting that FrontView has not made a final decision on the matter just yet.
