Wells Fargo analyst Caleb Stein upgraded Frontier Communications (FYBR) to Equal Weight from Underweight with a price target of $38.50, up from $31, after the company agreed to be acquired by Verizon (VZ) for $38.50 in cash per share. The firm calls the deal a “fitting end” for Frontier.
