RBC Capital analyst Marina Calero upgraded Fresnillo to Outperform from Sector Perform with a price target of 700 GBp, up from 490 GBp. Fresnillo’s historic valuation premium has been eroded due to its declining production profile and challenging operating environment in Mexico, the analyst tells investors in a research note. The firm says the shares are now trading at discount versus silver peers.
