The French government in investigating on whether Nissan’s (NSANY) European business has paid suppliers on time and has asked for to submit financial records for 2024, Daniel Leussink of Reuters reports. Last month, the French economy ministry’s competition department informed Nissan’s European unit of the review, saying it was part of a larger effort to ensure companies were paying their suppliers.
