Franklin BSP Realty Trust price target raised to $15 from $13.50 at BTIG

BTIG raised the firm’s price target on Franklin BSP Realty Trust to $15 from $13.50 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. Costs are catching up to Multifamily, but the firm feels good at the senior lender’s basis, BTIG told investors in a research note on Friday.
