Franklin BSP Realty Trust price target lowered to $15 from $16 at JonesResearch

JonesResearch lowered the firm’s price target on Franklin BSP Realty Trust to $15 from $16 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. The company’s Q4 results marginally missed expectations, though it should continue lending into the void created by regional banks’ curtailment of commercial real estate lending, the analyst tells investors in a research note. Shares also trade at 78% of book value per share and at an 11.5% dividend yield, the firm added.
