News Corp. (NWSA) will sell payTV business FOXTEL for an enterprise value of A$3.4B, Morgan Stanley tells investors in a research note. FOXTEL is one of News Corp.’s weaker assets, and to exit at a higher than expected price will be a “clear positive” for shareholders, the firm says.
