Former Fox News reporter Jason Donner has sued the network, accusing it of discrimination and retaliation for firing him after he spoke out against “false coverage” of the 2020 U.S. election and Jan. 6, 2021 riot at the capital, Katie Robertson of The New York Times reports, citing court filings. Donner worked for Fox News for 12 years and claimed he was targeted after raising concerns about false statements allowed on air.
