The September 16 fire at a plant of Novelis, an aluminum supplier to Ford (F), is expected to disrupt production of Ford’s best-selling F-150 vehicles for months, said Reuters. A union official says Ford is pausing production next week at the Dearborn, Michigan plant that makes its F-150 Lightning electric pickup due to the supplier’s factory fire, reported Reuters’ Nora Eckert.
