Piper Sandler analyst Alexander Potter initiated coverage of Ford (F) with a Neutral rating and $13 price target. Fleet exposure gives Ford “a leg up,” but “there’s still lots of risk,” the analyst tells investors. While the analyst likes Ford more than General Motors (GM) due to “Ford Pro” and a bigger EU presence, both of which help with the EV transition, the firm is not sure Ford can cut costs quickly enough to keep pace with falling EV prices.
