Focus Financial enters agreement with Cooper Lapman

Focus Financial Partners announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement under which Cooper Lapman Financial will join Focus partner firm The Colony Group,. The transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of 2023, subject to customary closing conditions.
