flyExclusive announced the promotion of Matt Lesmeister to Chief Financial Officer, effective June 25, 2024. The company also announced the promotion of Zach Nichols to Chief Accounting Officer from his previous role as Senior Vice President of Finance. Lesmeister joined the company on May 30, 2024, as Executive Vice President & Chief of Staff and has 14 years of public company experience across various finance roles, most recently at Fox Factory Holding Corp. “We are excited to have Matt lead us through our next phase of growth as Chief Financial Officer.
