Fluor price target raised to $39 from $30 at Barclays

Barclays raised the firm’s price target on Fluor to $39 from $30 and keeps an Equal Weight rating on the shares. The analyst says the company has made six months of progress on its structure and there more positive catalysts on the horizon.
