Fluor (FLR) announced the appointments of a new COO and chief legal officer, or CLO, effective immediately. Jim Breuer has been appointed to the newly created position of COO. In this capacity, Breuer will drive a more holistic view of Fluor’s markets, strengths and needs in project delivery and talent allocation across the company’s three business segments – Energy Solutions, Mission Solutions and Urban Solutions. Kevin Hammonds has been appointed CLO, succeeding John Reynolds, who will retire from the company after nearly 40 years of service. Reynolds will remain as corporate secretary to Fluor’s board of directors until May 2025.
