Roth MKM lowered the firm’s price target on Fluence Energy (FLNC) to $20 from $23 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. The company reported a large Q1 miss while the management cut FY25 guidance, lowering the revenue outlook by 15% at the midpoint, with underperformance attributed to the timing of certain contracts in Australia and lowered expectations for gross margins due to competitive pressure and a modest tariff impact, the analyst tells investors in a research note. Roth adds that it expects the stock to be weak following the report as the outlook for revenue and margins is reset lower.
