DA Davidson lowered the firm’s price target on Flowers Foods (FLO) to $24 from $25 and keeps a Neutral rating on the shares after its Q3 results. The company is being weighed down by a discerning consumer and poor sentiment across the group, the analyst tells investors in a research note. The firm adds however that the risk-reward on the stock is “increasingly compelling”, with Flowers Foods having initiatives in place to generate organic operating leverage.
