BofA raised the firm’s price target on Floor & Decor to $140 from $125 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares after having hosted CFO Bryan Langley and VP of IR Wayne Hood for group meetings at the firm’s consumer conference. The firm, which notes F&D expects the majority of year-over-year gross margin improvement this year to be driven by improving ocean and international freight costs, raised the multiple it applies to its 2025 EPS estimate given rising peer and market multiples.
