Baird lowered the firm’s price target on Floor & Decor to $105 from $115 and keeps an Outperform rating on the shares. The firm previewed its Q3 and believes they will clear an increasingly low 3Q bar; however, they reduced their forward estimates to reflect a “more difficult for longer” operating environment with existing home sales at GFC levels.
