Mizuho analyst Dan Dolev says Fiserv’s (FI) Q3 report failed to meet the firm’s low expectations. The print included poor organic growth in both the company’s segments along with a fiscal 2025 profit warning, the analyst tells investors in a research note. Fiserv shares are down 42%, or $56.63, to $73.54 in morning trading.
