First Industrial Realty raises quarterly dividend 8.5% to 32c per share

Paid a common dividend of 32c per share/unit for the quarter ending March 31, on April 17 to stockholders of record on March 31. The new dividend rate represented an 8.5% increase from the prior quarterly rate of 29.5c per share/unit.
