Financial sponsor interest stronger in Circor than strategics, Dealreporter says

The sale process for Circor International has moved into the second round and the company is hoping to collect fresh bids in early June, Dealreporter said, citing sources, contacts tell The Fly. Circor has allowed suitors to bid on parts of the business or the whole company and financial sponsors have shown stronger interest in the company than the "limited" interest from strategic buyers, the report added, according to contacts.
