Barclays analyst Benjamin Theurer lowered the firm’s price target on Femsa to $145 from $160 and keeps an Overweight rating on the shares. The analyst adjusted Mexico real estate estimates ahead of the Q2 earnings season. The firm expects some volatility in the near term as “sweeping controversial reform proposals are gaining attention from investors.” Yet, it is seeing early efforts from the upcoming administration to ease those concerns.
