TD Cowen initiated coverage of Federated Hermes with a Market Perform rating and $32 price target. The company should be a major money markets beneficiary and and also has improving long-term flows, particularly should the expected interest rates decline though 2024-25 seem at risk, the analyst tells investors in a research note.
