The Federal Reserve is investigating Goldman Sachs’ consumer business given concerns that the bank didn’t have proper monitoring and control systems inside the business, known as Marcus, as it ramped up lending, people familiar with the matter told The Wall Street Journal’s AnnaMaria Andriotis and David Benoit. The probe encompasses Goldman’s compliance functions, as well as audit and legal, some sources said. Reference Link
