Faraday Future Intelligent Electric announced that the Board of Directors of the Company unanimously appointed Lev Peker as a member of the Board and as a member and the Chair of the Audit Committee of the Board. On July 31, 2023, Adam He provided a letter of resignation as interim Board Chairman, member of the Board and member of the Audit Committee, Compensation Committee, Nominating & Corporate Governance Committee, and Selection Committee, effective immediately.
