FactSet did not repurchase any of its common stock during the second quarter under the Company’s existing share repurchase program. FactSet had suspended share repurchases, except for potential minor repurchases to offset dilution from grants of stock options, until at least the second half of fiscal 2023 to prioritize debt repayment. FactSet anticipates resuming the existing share repurchase program in the third and fourth fiscal quarters of 2023. As of February 28, 2023, $181.3 million is available for share repurchases under the Company’s existing share repurchase program.
