Goldman Sachs analyst Jason English keeps his Buy rating and $45 price target on Simply Good Foods after the 8.7% decline in the stock price following the company’s Q1 results. The quarter disappointed, though the management indicated that the driver of the shortfall was an execution issue where known expenses were not budgeted for, the analyst tells investors in a research note. English adds however that the underlying health of the business remains inline with his positive expectations, and he believes that the selloff in the stock creates a "buying opportunity".
