Craig-Hallum analyst George Sutton downgraded Everi Holdings (EVRI) to Hold from Buy with a $14.25 price target after International Game’s (IGT) Gaming business and Everi announced a deal to simultaneously be acquired by a newly formed holding company owned by Apollo (APO) in an all-cash transaction valued at about $6.4B. Everi stockholders will receive $14.25 per share in cash.
