Ticketmaster’s ability to raise the price of concert tickets based on demand is being investigated by the European Commission, according to the Guardian. The UK’s competition unit has launched an “urgent review” into the Oasis concert issues, according to the paper. Live Nation’s Ticketmaster has been warned it may have breached laws in the UK and Europe for inflating the price of some Oasis tickets, it adds.
