Ericsson (ERIC) has received a “multi-billion dollar” contract from India’s Bharti Airtel to sell 5G equipment, Reuters’ Supantha Mukherjee reports, citing two sources familiar with the matter. The new deal comes after Ericsson received part of a $3.6B contract for selling 5G equipment to India’s Vodafone Idea, which was shared with Nokia (NOK) and Samsung (SSNLF).
