Piper Sandler analyst Alexander Goldfarb raised the firm’s price target on Equity Residential to $85 from $80 and keeps an Overweight rating on the shares following quarterly results. The biggest takeaway from Equity Residential’s earnings call is the return of the apartment market to normal leasing seasonality, but with stronger carry-through heading into the back-half, which bodes well for 2025, the firm says.
