Baird analyst Wesley Golladay lowered the firm’s price target on Equity Lifestyle to $76 from $79 and keeps an Outperform rating on the shares. The firm said the core business is trending well, but there is a little uncertainty on transient RV. the company has bolstered its balance sheet and some areas of expense pressure have moderated.
