Raymond James analyst Richard Milligan added EPR Properties to the firm’s Analyst Current Favorites list but made no change to the Strong Buy rating or $45 price target. Milligan believes that once there is additional clarity on the outcome of negotiations between Cineworld and EPR, the stock will trade closer to NAV, the analyst tells investors in a research note.
