Eni SpA is looking to raise more than EUR 4B from disposals in its upstream business, people familiar with the matter told Bloomberg’s Alberto Brambilla, Antonio Vanuzzo and Donato Paolo Mancini. The planned sales would be part of the Italian energy group’s broader strategy of disposing of EUR 8B in assets over the next three years, the report stated.
