Emcore announces common stock offering, no amount given

Emcore Corporation announced that it intends to offer and sell shares of its common stock and, to certain investors, pre-funded warrants to purchase shares of common stock, in an underwritten public offering. Craig-Hallum Capital Group is acting as sole book-running manager for the offering.
