Emcor (EME) announced it has entered into a definitive agreement to sell Emcor U.K. to OCS Group U.K. for a total enterprise value of approximately GBP190M, or $255M. The company intends to use the proceeds to expand its electrical and mechanical construction and mechanical services businesses in the U.S. The transaction is expected to close by the end of 2025.
