Elevance, HCSC vying for Cigna’s Medicare Advantage unit, Bloomberg says

Elevance Health (ELV) and Health Care Service Corp, or HCSC, are said to be vying for Cigna’s (CI) Medicare Advantage unit, Bloomberg’s Michelle F. Davis and Matthew Monks report, citing people familiar with the matter. The unit is said to be valued at more than $3B. Final bids for the MA unit are expected to be submitted next week, the people add.
