Element Solutions unit acquires All-Star Chemical’s metal finishing solutions

MacDermid Enthone Industrial Solutions, an Element Solutions company, announced the acquisition of All-Star Chemical Company’s surface finishing and cleaning chemical solutions. Going forward, All-Star’s proprietary chemical solutions will be integrated into the MacDermid Enthone Industrial Solutions portfolio. Established in 1983, All-Star Chemical Company, a family owned and operated business, has a rich history of supplying high quality products and service to their customers. The business is headquartered in Westerville, Ohio and serves customers across the mid-western United States.
