Roth Capital analyst Eric Handler downgraded Electronic Arts (EA) to Neutral from Buy with a price target of $210, up from $185, following the receipt of the company’s $55B take private deal. Although there is a 45-day window shop provision, Roth does not expect a bidding war will occur, the analyst tells investors in a research note. The firm also does not foresee any government regulatory review problems.
