Edgio discloses Nasdaq listing compliance notice

Edgio “announced that it received an expected notice on August 21, 2024 from The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC stating that the Company is not in compliance with the requirements for continued listing under Nasdaq Listing Rule 5250(c)(1) because the Company has not yet filed its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended June 30, 2024 with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The Notice has no immediate effect on the listing or trading of the Company’s common stock on the Nasdaq Capital Market.”
