The company said, “Ecolab (ECL) expects fourth quarter 2024 adjusted diluted earnings per share in the $1.75 to $1.85 range, rising 13% to 19% compared with adjusted diluted earnings per share of $1.55 a year ago. The company currently expects quantifiable special charges in the fourth quarter of 2024 to be approximately $0.13 per share, principally related to restructuring charges. Other than the special gains and charges noted above, other such amounts are not currently quantifiable.”
