Ecarx appoints Zhou as Chief Financial Officer

ECARX has appointed Phil Jing Zhou as its chief financial officer, effective on July 28, 2023. Zhou will succeed Ramesh Narasimhan, who will take on the position of advisor to the chief executive officer with effect from the same date. Zhou has more than 20 years of experience in finance and business operations. He joined ECARX in 2021 as chief of staff to the chief executive officer, China chief financial officer and vice president of business operations and has served as executive vice president, China operations since May 2023.
