Barclays analyst Julian Mitchell upgraded Eaton to Equal Weight from Underweight with a price target of $300, up from $250. Eaton looks positioned to see among the highest organic sales growth rates in the mutely-industry sector over the next few years, the analyst tells investors in a research note. When coupled with the widespread perception that this growth is “secular” in nature, a sharp valuation multiple compression may not occur for some time, says Barclays.
