EA’s ‘Battlefield 6’ maintains top spot in European sales, TGB reports

Electronic Arts’ (EA) “Battlefield 6,” EA’s “EA Sports FC 26,” and Nintendo’s (NTDOY) “Pokemon Legends: Z-A” have maintained the top three spots in the European unit sales charts for the week ending November 2, The Game Business’ Christopher Dring reports, citing data from GSD. Despite a 24% week-on-week sales decline, “Battlefield 6” still holds first place, with “EA Sports FC 26” sales falling 11% and “Pokemon” sales sliding 36%, the author notes. The only new games in the top ten for the week were Microsoft’s (MSFT) “The Outer Worlds 2” in eighth place and Square Enix’s (SQNXF) “Dragon Quest I & II HD-2D Remake” in ninth, the author says, noting that other games in the top ten in sales were Warner Bros. Discovery’s (WBD) “Hogwarts Legacy,” Take-Two’s (TTWO) “Grand Theft Auto V” and “Red Dead Redemption 2,” and Sony‘s (SONY) “Ghost of Yotei.”
