Eagle Materials price target raised to $244 from $234 at Citi

Citi raised the firm’s price target on Eagle Materials to $244 from $234 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. The company’s fiscal Q3 beat was driven by stronger cement EBIT margins against an easy weather comp, the analyst tells investors in a research note. Further, Eagle Materials announced a wallboard price increase for February, which is encouraging, says the firm.
