Driven Brands appoints Michael Diamond as Chief Financial Officer

In a separate release , the Company announced that it appointed Michael Diamond as the Chief Financial Officer CFO , effective August 9. Mr. Diamond joins the Company from The Michaels Companies where he served as the CFO since 2020. He has extensive financial and multi-unit retail experience. Joel Arnao, who has served as interim CFO since May 2024, will remain with the Company and continue in his role as Senior Vice President, FP&A, Investor Relations, and Treasury.
