DoubleVerify announces 12.5M share offering of common stock for holders

DoubleVerify Holdings announced the launch of an underwritten offering of 12.5M shares of its common stock by Providence VII U.S. Holdings L.P. and Providence Butternut Co-Investment L.P. J.P. Morgan Securities and Barclays Capital are acting as the underwriters in the offering.
