Mizuho analyst James Lee raised the firm’s price target on DoorDash to $75 from $65 and keeps a Neutral rating on the shares. The quarter alleviated two key investor concerns going into Q4, GOV growth and EBITDA for fiscal 2023 given uncertainties related to the upcoming New York City minimum wage increase, the analyst tells investors in a research note. The firm, however, continues to wait for a better entry point given the stock’s "premium valuation to gig peers."
